What made Joseph Beauvais who he is?

Originally from Chicopee Massachusetts. Moved to Cape Coral Florida 1978.
1986 became Lee County Agricultural Delegate for then Governor Graham to which I was honored with a distinguished service award.
1986 Took my Real Estate course and passed the school with a score of 98%.
1989 Joined the Legislative committee for Cape Coral's Chamber of commerce.
1990 I hired two sales trainers from Chicago, to come to Cape Coral and teach me the art of sales, promotion, marketing and closing techniques. The trained for 8 hrs a day for two weeks. Extensive and very informative. Expensive but worth every penny. I use their training in life daily as well as Real Estate.
I have had 14 years of Core Law Training specific to Real Estate as an ongoing effort to obtain perfection with contracts, thus client satisfaction.
1992 I was awarded the honor of being ranked #10 in Lee County for closed Real Estate sales.
1998 I married a wonderful, beautiful woman (Johanna) from Germany. She spoke little English but hired a tutor and went to school for English. Now my ally in life, she obtained perfect English and German Speaking capabilities.
2006 I started my own Real Estate Company Sunny Spot Realty Inc.
while other companies are starving and closing, I continue to prosper due to my abilities to work in all market conditions.
My Faults; Too honest. In the world today, bending the truth seems to be the normal trend. I was brought up to be honest. I have never waved from my upbringing. I just do not want to be rich at others expense. I also was an Eagle Boy Scout as a child. I must say, “I blame my wonderful deceased parents for my faults.”
1998 I decided that Buyers had no representation and desperately needed that. To this day, the public is not aware of the differences in agency relationships. Please read, Buyer Agency Relationships.
