6. I point out defects or bad features of homes that may be unique to our area. I owned a construction company, prior, and know what to look for thus advise you. The home inspection does the final evaluation.

7. Helping you get the best loan and rates possible.

8. Negotiate the best sale price.

9. Glean motivations, if possible, frm the seller.

10. Writing a legal contract that will be accepted by any attorney. Required on foreclosures or they trash the offer without responding.This happens more than you might think.

11. Keeping you informed at all times as the purchase proceeds.
